James O'Connor received the B.S. degree in civil engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA, in 2000 and the MBA degree from Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business, in 2004. Since 2006, he has been with Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY, USA, where he is currently the Director of Transportation and Parking Operations. He was a Project Superintendent at Adesta Communications/MFS Network Technologies from 1997 to 2001, and an Operations Coordinator at United States Tennis Association from 2005 to 2006.
