While at C.H.O.R.I., I have continued to explore structure-based mechanisms invoking conformational plasticity in allosteric activation and inhibition of CTP synthetase and Aspartate Transcarbamoylase while working on structural determinants of vaccine and antibody recognition with a focus on prevention of meningitis and cancer. Recent projects involve vitamin therapy with the prospect of alleviating childhood disease through increased doses of molecules such as vitamin B-6.
