Short statement of the most important scientific results achieved to date: I have extensively investigated neural circuits involved in anxiety and human sadness processes (Kraus et al., 2018; 2019; 2020a; 2020b) and their possible socially-based attenuation mechanisms (Kraus et al., 2019; 2020a; 2020b) with looking for possible linkages to psychiatric disorders.
