Jakob Uszkoreit

Jakob Uszkoreit leads the new Google AI Brain research team in Berlin where he works on neural network architectures and other aspects of deep learning. Earlier, Jakob led a team in Google AI developing neural network models of language that learn from weak supervision at very large scale and started the group that designed and implemented the semantic parser behind today's Google Assistant, after working on various aspects of Google Translate in its earlier years.
