Jai Kaushik currently works at the Animal Biotechnology Centre, ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute. His current areas of research include recombinant protein expression, purification, physicochemical and structural characterization. The proteins of interest are antimicrobial proteins, milk proteins, semen and oocyte proteins, probiotics surface proteins and LAB originated aminopeptidases and other proteases. He is also involved in farm animals proteomics and bioinformatics.
