Jae-Hoon Han

Jae-Hoon Han currently works at the Center for Opto-electronic Materials and Devices, Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST). He has been working on device and material engineering for Si photonics and MOS devices. His main works in the University of Tokyo are the high-performance MOS optical modulator and SiGe MOS interface engineering. In KIST, he is also working on photonics and electronic device engineering.
