个人简介
I have a long-standing interest in developing translational imaging metrics for quantitative radiological imaging. My current research interests include developing radiological methods for the detection, monitoring, and treatment of many diseases. I have been trained in diagnostic medical physics, advanced mathematics, and engineering. I have applied these diverse skills to many different pathologies to detect and characterize tissue using advanced radiological procedures. I am a member of the National Board of the American College of Radiology Imaging Network (ACRIN) Breast Imaging and Radiomics committee, and Director of the Imaging Radiological Assessment and Biopsy Team (IRAT) of the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins. I am co-PI on the Quantitative Imaging Network (QIN) U01 at JHU and Past Chair of the DCE/DWI subcommittee of the NCI’s QIN initiative. Some of my recent work has been in Whole-Body MRI (WB-MRI) to aid in diagnosing and detecting global disease burden. In addition, I have been focused on computational and algorithmic medicine by creating new advanced machine and deep learning methods, informatics, and radiomics to integrate clinical, radiological, and other data for personalized medicine.
