Jerome Baranger received the M.Sc. degree in engineering and applied physics from Ecole Centrale Paris, Chatenay-Malabry, France, in 2015, the M.Sc degree in biophysics, oriented in biological systems and physical concepts from Sorbonne University, Paris, France, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree in physics for medicine lab in Paris, in 2019, under the supervision of Mickael Tanter and Charlie Demene, focusing on the application of ultrafast ultrasound to the study of transient vascular and neuronal phenomena. He has been involved in the field of medical ultrasound since 2013. Since 2020, he is in charge of all the technical development of the Villemain Laboratory, The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, ON, Canada.
