Jie-Feng Lin

Jie-Feng Lin received the B.S. degree in electrophysics from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1995, the M.S. degree in physics from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, in 2004, respectively. He joined Intel in 2005 as a Device Engineer at the Portland Technology Development Division. His current work includes research of novel semiconductor devices and process development for analog, digital and power management. He has published more than ten technical papers in the area of nanotechnology and solid state electronics.
