Julius Hallstedt

Julius Hållstedt was born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1977. He received the M. Sc. degree in materials science and the Ph.D. degree in solid-state electronics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He is currently the Assistant Director for the iPack Vinnex Center, KTH. He was engaged in research on SiGe and SiGeC integration in novel CMOS devices. His current research interests include printed electronics with focus on radio frequency identification (RFID) and passive wireless sensors for intelligent packaging applications.
