I. V. Izotov

Ivan V. Izotov was born in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, in 1984. He received the B.S. degree in 2007 and the M.S. degree in physics from the N. I. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod. He is currently a Junior Researcher with the Institute of Applied Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences, Nizhny Novgorod. In addition, he used to do some theoretical investigations in oceanic acoustic modeling. His current research interests include electron cyclotron resonance heating and plasma confinement, ion sources, and numerical modeling of processes in plasma. He is the author of more than ten papers in refereed journals.
