Ismay Venice Akker

My research includes the investigation of tectonic processes and fluid-rock interaction in the seismically active domains of plate convergent settings. I am foremost a field geologist and study deformation processes with a multiscale and multitools approach where I apply quantitative structural and microstructural analyses. These analyses I combine with geochemistry, geochronology and geological 3D modelling.
