个人简介
My main area of research is, broadly speaking, on the intersection of accounting and personnel economics. More specifically, my research interests focus on the design and effects of performance and potential evaluation systems and incentive structures. I concentrate on the effectiveness of talent management practices (i.e., the identification, development, and retention of talent) with special attention to the role of the supervisor in these processes. Furthermore, I am interested to what extent organizations can foster skill development in times of digital transformation, and form a solid base for their human capital strategy.
