个人简介
My research interests include strategic human resource management and strategic human capital research, matching processes, and people analytics. Typically, my work takes a large-scale quantitative approach and uses field data and experimental approaches. My work has appeared in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal, and handbooks like the Oxford Handbook of Recruitment and the Handbook of Comparative Human Resource Management. Together with Torsten Biemann (University of Mannheim), Dirk Sliwka (University of Cologne), and Florian Englmaier (LMU), I entertain a people analytics blog RESEARCH AND TEACHING INTERESTS Strategic HR and Strategic Human Capital Resources; Matching and Talent Management; Pay, Pay Transparency, and Executive Pay; People Analytics
