个人简介
His current research interests include femtosecond fiber laser, fiber amplifier technology, nonlinear optics, and optical phase control. His recent efforts also focused on low-noise optical fiber laser frequency combs and the coherent addition of femtosecond pulses for the generation of coherent vacuum UV (VUV) radiation.
Current activities include high repetition rate picosecond UV lasers for driving photocathodes and high repetition rate tunable femtosecond OPCPA sources for FEL seeding and pump-probe experiments.
For JLT he is handling submissions on the following topics:
Picosecond and femtosecond fiber lasers and amplifiers
Nonlinear frequency conversion (especially to MIR and deep UV)
Specialty fibers for dispersion management and fiber amplifiers
Coherent combining of fiber lasers
Ultrafast pulse generators (e.g. picosecond pulse generation using cw lasers and modulators)
Frequency combs
