Huiquan Wang was born in 1985. He received the bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical engineering from the School of Precision Instruments and Optoelectronics Engineering, Tianjin University, and the bachelor’s degree in international finance from Nankai University. He held a postdoctoral position in instrument science and technology at Tianjin University. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Public Visiting Scholars with Johns Hopkins University. He is currently the Director of the Department of Biomedical Engineering. He is also a Master Instructor of Tiangong University. His main research directions are wearable medical testing equipment and intervention methods, near-infrared spectroscopy and big data mining algorithms, and multimodal imaging technology.
