Bio
以微藻及微生物为研究对象,围绕微藻生物活性物质开展代谢机理的系列研究,包括功能基因组学及基因表达调控、高附加值生物活性物质及生物毒素的合成途径、基于代谢工程及生物制造推动资源高值化利用。近5年作为通讯作者及第一单位,在Science子刊Science Advances、Metabolic Engineering、Environmental Microbiology、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Marine Biotechnology 等重要SCI期刊发表论文30余篇,其中SCI一区及二区期刊各12篇;获授权专利5件;研究成果产生了广泛影响,多篇论文被 ScienceDirect 等评为高阅读量文章,并入选 ESI 高被引论文。在主要国内外学术会议上做了多次主题报告及部分分会场主持。主持成果获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学奖二等奖、广东省南粤科技创新优秀学术论文一等奖等奖项。
