Holger Rücker

Holger Rücker received the diploma and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the Humboldt University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany, in 1986 and 1988, respectively. From 1989 to 1991, he was a Staff Member with the Humboldt University of Berlin. From 1991 to 1992, he was with the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart, Stuttgart, Germany. He joined IHP, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, in 1992, where he is engaged in research on the physics and fabrication of semiconductor devices. He led the development of IHP’s 130-nm SiGe BiCMOS technologies SG13S, SG13G2, and SG13G3. His research interests include SiGe bipolar devices, the development of CMOS and BiCMOS technologies, and their application in radio frequency integrated circuits.
