I study how population and habitat conditions interact to create multi-scale dynamics, influencing population distributions and persistence. With species conservation as the common thread, my projects span the continuum of theoretical and applied research. I specialize in applying spatially explicit individual-based models to evaluate the implications of landscape change for populations at risk of decline.
