Hamid R. Khorram received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Chico. He has more than 15 years of experience with the semiconductor industry where he has held roles of increasing responsibility in various capacities. He is currently with the Technical Sales and Marketing Group, Department of Advance Technology, Nikon Precision, Inc., Belmont, CA, as a Staff Engineer specializing in immersion lithography. He has been involved with immersion technology development at Nikon from the early stages. In 2006, he spent several months at the Nikon Factory, Sendai, Japan, supporting major semiconductor manufacturers with process qualifications and conducting many specialized experiments. His previous positions with Nikon included roles within the Applications and Technology Department. Prior to joining Nikon, he spent more than six years working as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager with ADM Consulting, Sacramento, CA, in the field of energy management and remote energy monitoring.
