Gwyn Rees

Dr Gwyn Rees (Science Area Head: Water Resources, UKCEH) possesses over 26 years’ experience in applied hydrology, specialising in water resources, low flows, drought and climate impact studies both in the UK and internationally, in Europe, South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. He sits on many national and international committees and expert panels, such as the CIWEM Water Resources Panel in the UK and the Advisory Committee of the WMO-Global Water Partnership Integrated Drought Management Programme (IDMP).
