Guanghui Huang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in geography from the Nanjing Institute of Meteorology, Nanjing, China, in 2005, the M.S. degree in geography from Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in geography from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, in 2017. From 2009 to 2017, he was a Research Assistant with the Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute, CAS, Lanzhou, China. Since 2018, he has been an Associate Professor with the Institute of Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources, CAS. His research interests include the estimation of surface radiation budget, radiative transfer modeling, remote sensing of aerosols and clouds, and new methods and techniques to reduce the uncertainties of remote sensing.
