个人简介
Glenise Bierhalz Voss, graduated in Food chemistry in 2010 by Federal University of Pelotas/ UFPel (Brazil) and obtained a MSc degree in Food Engineering in 2013, at Federal University of Santa Catarina/UFSC (Brazil). Afterwards pursued a PhD in Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry-CBQF (Catholic University of Portugal) and CIIMAR in the fish nutrition group (Lanuce) by Porto University (ended in 2018). The focus of her study was the use of bioprocesses in by-product from soy beverage and incorporation as sustainable ingredient in Nile Tilapia feeds. Currently, she is a post-doc reseracher in the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry-CBQF (Catholic University of Portugal) and works in the area of food science and technology with a focus in development of novel food products for industrial implementation.
