个人简介
The main reserch activities focus on: consequence/vulnerability analyses of buildings in slow-moving landslide affected-areas; analysis of landslide mechanisms and their effects on the built-up heritage; settlement monitoring; investigation of the buildings behaviour with different foundation types on soft soils; use of probabilistic approaches that combine information provided by conventional (geotechnical and structural) and innovative satellite monitoring (DInSAR) techniques; empirical/numerical procedures aimed generating reliable forecasting tools; qualitative/quantitative assessment of the risk on expose elements; analysis of soil-structure interaction problems; landslide risk assessment and mitigation strategies to exposed infrastructures.
