Highly successful and experienced drug hunter with well recognized major drug discovery achievements from conception to clinical development. Led programs discovering the marketed drug dasatinib (Sprycel), two Ph II drugs, five First in Human, and a total of seven compounds approved for clinical development. Currently Discovery Biology leader for the BMS TLR7/8 inhibitor entering Ph II for lupus, the BMS STING agonist currently in Ph I for immune-oncology, plus an additional immuno-oncology program. Broad expertise in immunology and immuno-oncology, leading programs across matrixed international teams, solving complex problems and discovering new science.
