G. Vijayakumar

Ganesh Vijayakumar is a researcher at the National Wind Technology Center. Ganesh completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2015. Ganesh's recent work is focused on creating a pipeline from high-fidelity simulations to design using machine learning. He is the principal investigator of an ARPA-E project on inverse-design of wind turbines using invertible neural networks. He also developed new machine learning models for unsteady aerodynamics and generator design.
