My research on high-temperature magnetized plasma includes (1) development of advanced plasma diagnostic tools and (2) non-normal hydrodynamics of magnetized plasmas with strong flows. My research on high-pressure (> 1 atm) plasmas includes (1) source technology, (2) development of a suite of diagnostic techniques, (3) transport phenomena in plasmas with high Coulomb-coupling constant, and (4) bio-medical and industrial applications.
