Bio
Qiang Fu earned his B.S. degree in electrical insulation material in 1992 from the University of Science and Technology of Harbin. He received the M.S. degree in 2004 and Ph.D. degree in 2008 from Harbin Institute of Technology in Harbin, China. Mostly recently, he was an insulation systems engineer in the Harbin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery. He is currently involved in the design and qualification of new insulation systems for large electrical machinery. He has published over 30 papers and is an author of 10 patents. He is a registered member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering in China, and a member of the IEC/TC 112. He is a professor in the Harbin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery.
