I am working on topics in machine learning and applied mathematics, with applications in vision, graphics and image analysis. My research interests include
integrating human knowledge in the form of expert-designed models and algorithms into learning systems,
multi-shape analysis and statistical shape models,
mathematical optimisation,
matching and correspondence problems, and
various applications (e.g. in AR/VR, motion capture, 3D reconstruction, biomedicine).
