Felice Crupi

Felice Crupi (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently a Full Professor of electronics with the Department of Computer Engineering, Modeling, Electronics and Systems Engineering (DIMES), University of Calabria, Rende, Italy. He is the author of more than 200 publications in international journals and conference proceedings. His primary research interests include electronic device reliability, the design of ultra-low power analog circuits, and early assessment of emerging technologies for logic and memory applications. He has served as a Technical Program Committee Member of the International Electron Devices Meeting and the International Reliability Physics Symposium.
