Bio
In this period I'm working on the growth of 3C-SiC/Si and on the applications of this material both in power devices and MEMS. This material is extremely interesting because is the best semiconductors for power devices in the range of breakdown voltages between 200 and 1000 V that are the devices that can be used for electric vehicles. Furthermore is a very rigid material with a Young modulus lower only to diamond and then very sensitive MEMS can be obtained with a no complex process.
