F. Edwin Harvey

I am Chief of the National Park Service Water Resources Division, and a Supervisory Hydrologist. I supervise eight programs within the division with a staff of 34, develop and manage the division's annual 13 million dollar budget, set division priorities and strategically direct the division, provide technical assistance to parks and regions, and provide technical and policy support to the Washington, DC NRSS Associate Director.
