Bio
I am a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard University, Department of Biostatistics, working with Prof. John Quackenbush. I develop statistical methods for inferring and analyzing gene regulatory networks.
Before joining Harvard, I obtained my PhD from the University of Chicago, Department of Statistics in June, 2021. My dissertation titled "Flexible Bayesian Methods for High Dimensional Data" lies at the intersection of Bayesian Statistics and Machine Learning.
Between June - August, 2020 I was a National Science Foundation Mathematical Sciences Graduate Intern at Argonne National Laboratory. Before joining the University of Chicago, I completed my Bachelor's (BStat) and Master's (MStat) degree, in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
