I pursued my PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia, focusing on static heat-to-electricity conversion. Currently, my research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including thermionic solar cells, near-field thermophotovoltaics, fuel cell-based cogeneration systems, monolithic tandem solar cells, thermoelectric devices, FET-based biosensors, solid-state devices, quantum mechanical simulation of nano electronics, and 2D material-based novel device
