Erin L. Hestir

Erin L. Hestir received the B.A. degree in geography from the University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in geography from the University of California at Davis, Davis, CA, USA, in 2010. She is currently an Associate Professor of geomatics in civil and environmental engineering at the University of California at Merced, Merced, CA, USA. Her research focuses on the intersection of food and water systems, with a focus on biodiversity and other ecosystem services such as water quality.
