Bio

Dong Seon Cheng received the Laurea and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the University of Verona, Verona, Italy, in 2005 and 2008, respectively, with a focus on computer vision and pattern recognition. From 2012 to 2017, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, South Korea, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. From 2019 to 2022, he was with SETECNA EPC S.rl., an electronics company in the HVAC industry. Since 2023, he has been a Research Associate with the University of Verona. His research interest includes machine learning. He has published several conferences and journal articles in this field.
