D. V. Sheglov

Dmitriy V. Sheglov was born in Azerbaijan in 1978. He received a diploma of Master in Physics of semiconductor in 2001 from Novosibirsk State University and Ph.D. degree in solid state physics from the Institute of Semiconductor Physics of SB of RAS, Novosibirsk/Russia, in 2004. Now he is with the Laboratory of Nanodiagnostics and Nanolithography, Institute of Semiconductor Physics, SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia. His current research interests are in the field of Scanning Atomic-Force Microscopy application in investigation and creation of semiconductor materials and structures.
