Dip Prakash Samajdar (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in Physics and B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in RadioPhysics and Electronics and the Ph.D. degree in the experimental and theoretical investigation of III–V-bismide semiconductors from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India, in 2007, 2010, 2012, and 2016, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Pandit Dwarka Prasad Mishra Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (PDPM IIITDM) Jabalpur, Jabalpur, India. His research interests include the theoretical and experimental studies of III–V quantum well and quantum dot structures, novel electronic devices, and III–V material-based solar cells.
