I am working on epithermal systems and its related volcanic setting. My interest is to study the different types of epithermal deposits, and at different levels of exposure, with special focus on shallow parts (hot springs) where gold and silver-rich veins can be fully preserved at depth. Complete range of techniques are applied: volcanic facies mapping, structural geology, mineralogy, hydrothermal events and alteration, geophysics, 3D modelling and all the related analytical studies.
