Deyang Fan received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China, in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, he was with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY, USA, as a Joint Ph.D. Student. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Jiangsu University. His current research interests include modeling, design, optimization, and control of high-performance permanent magnet motors for electric vehicles.
