The overall goal of my research is to establish a new methods for detecting and predicting inflammation in the CNS at any given point of time. To predict neurodegeneration through behavior in real-time, we use machine learning algorithms including logistic regression (LG), support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), k nearest neighbor (kNN), Gaussian Naive Bayes methods (GNB), and a combination of combination of CNN and LSTM.
