My research is focused on understanding the mechanism involved in abiotic and biotic stress tolerance in plants & studying modulation of gene expression in various systems applying the transgenic approach for functional validation of potential genes that help combating stress tolerance to plants and understanding the molecular and biochemical circuitry operative under stress conditions.
