Bio

David Wei Zhang received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1988, 1991, and 1995, respectively. He was an Associate Professor with Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1997, where he has been a Full Professor since 1999 and is currently the Chairman of the Department of Microelectronics and the Director of the Fudan-Novellus Interconnect Research Center.
