RESEARCH SUMMARY
We have established a registry of people with cystinuria. Our goal is to follow people with cystinuria and learn about the course of the disorder. We are also working on developing new drugs for the treatment of cystinuria. The consortium is also learning about Dent disease, primary hyperoxaluria, and APRT deficiency (a cause of dihydroxyadenine stones).
