Bio
Environmental Scientist and M.Sc in Industrial Ecology by Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and M.Sc in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management by Universitat de Barcelona. David Font Vivanco obtained his Ph.D in 2016 from Leiden University with a thesis on rebound effects in industrial ecology. Since then he has been a postdoctoral researcher at Yale University and University College London, working on the development of environmental-economic models that combine life cycle assessment, input-output analysis, econometrics, computable general equilibrium models, and other tools. He is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship awardee and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK. He also has professional experience in the fields of industrial and municipal waste management
