I am current working at IBM Research AI in New Delhi as a Senior Researcher & Manager for the Dialog platforms research team.

I have 12 years of industry experience working on various aspects of software development and research. Over the last 8 years, I have been focused on developing innovative research solutions for many real-world applications using Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing in the areas of Education, Tourism, Social Media & Customer Relationship Management, Information Management & Noisy Data Cleansing. My research has been incorporated into multiple IBM products including IBM Watson Assistant and IBM eDiscovery Analyzer, and has also led to the creation of new offerings such as IBM Watson Enlight for Educators and IBM Cognitive Content Collator. I am also the co-founder of a community initiative on Responsible AI Licenses and I serve as the Chair of the IEEE P2840 Standard working group on Responsible AI Licensing.
