Daniela Luzi

Daniela Luzi received the degree in modern language and literature, University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Rome, Italy, in 1978. She is currently continuing her studies on the modeling of business processes in healthcare, conceptual models based on clinical standards, and quality indicators in healthcare with a special focus on childcare. She is the Research Director with the National Research Council of Italy, Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies, Rome, Italy. She worked on the design and development of information systems to support clinical trials on drugs and medical devices. She has been responsible for European and Italian projects and has authored or coauthored 200+ publications.
