Daniel Gajda was born on February 22, 1980. He received the bachelor's degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Czestochowa University of Technology, Czestochowa, Poland, and the Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Lublin University of Technology, Lublin, Poland, in 2014. He started to work as an Assistant in the International Laboratory of High Magnetic Fields and Low Temperatures PAS, Wroclaw, Poland, where in 2014, he became the Assistant Professor. Since 2017, he has been an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research PAS, Wroclaw. He is currently engaged in MgB2 wires, critical current density, and high-field pinning centers.
