个人简介
Vincenzo d'Alessandro (Member, IEEE) received the “Laurea” and Ph.D. degrees in electronics engineering from University Federico II, Naples, Italy, in 1999 and 2003, respectively.
He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, where he teaches semiconductor devices and digital electronics. He has been working in cooperation with several academic and industry partners. He has been a workpackage leader for the European Project DOTSEVEN. He has authored or coauthored about 200 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings, a book, five book chapters, and holds one patent. His research interests include modeling, simulation, and experimental characterization of electrothermal effects in a large variety of semiconductor devices, circuits, and systems, as well as the modeling and simulation of energy yield reduction in photovoltaic plants.
Prof. d'Alessandro is a Reviewer of the IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Transactions on Components, Packaging, and Manufacturing Technology, IEEE Journal of Photovoltaics, Solid-State Electronics, Microelectronics Reliability, International Journal of Numerical Modeling, and some IEEE conferences.
