Research interests are diverse and span the intersecting fields of neurotoxicology, glial derived neuroinflammation, virology, neurodegeneration, Parkinson’s disease, and pharmacology. Expertise in a diversity of techniques, such as advanced microscopy imaging, histology, pre-clinical drug testing in animal and primary cell culture models, protein/nucleic acid analysis, and data analysis.
